SHIPPING & RETURNS
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
The Naked uses Auspost for Australian orders and Auspost. Deliveries in Australia generally take 7 to 10 business days with regular e-parcel and 2-3 days for express. When you place an order you will receive a reply e-mail acknowledging that your order has been received and your payment card has been debited. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with your tracking information. In the unlikely event of delivery problems at our end we will keep you informed by e-mail of expected dispatch dates.
DUTIES & TAXES
When ordering goods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We at The Naked Farmer we take pride in our product and are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Should you find any fault with your purchase we would love to hear about it, as we are committed to ensuring the highest quality possible.
We will gladly reimburse you for your purchase or exchange it for you, provided you notify us within one week of receiving it. We will cover the costs of the return.
Please send us an email prior to returning your purchase so that we can ensure a speedy reimbursement, once we have received it. Emails can be sent to email@example.com mentioning your order number and a brief description of the fault.
We are happy to exchange your purchase should you have ordered the wrong size. Please use the size chart and choose carefully as the return shipping will be at customers expense. For hygiene reasons, please do not remove your own underwear before trying on your pair of undies. Items that have already been worn and washed will not be exchanged. We will exchange any item within 50 days of receiving your order.
Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the product you would like to return and the product you would like in exchange. Please make sure the item returned is accompanied with its original packaging.
